At SANSKRITIK SAMAJIK SAMITI, we are extremely grateful for all donations we receive to support our social, educational, and cultural initiatives. Due to the nature of charitable donations, we adhere to a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Donation Refund Policy

As a general rule, all donations made to SANSKRITIK SAMAJIK SAMITI are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, the funds are immediately allocated towards ongoing projects and welfare programs.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Errors: If a double deduction occurs due to a technical glitch on the payment gateway or website, we will issue a refund for the excess amount deducted.
• Unauthorized Transactions: In cases where it is proven that a fraudulent transaction was made using your payment method without your consent.

Refund Process

To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above, please follow this process:

1. You must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
2. Send an email to my49684@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Transaction ID]".
3. Include details of the transaction, such as date, amount, and proof of the technical error or unauthorized access.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
